Terrible ReturnsThey do not let you get your money back or exchange anything. You pay to have it shippped to you, pay to ship it back to them, then pay to have a new item shipped to you because they only do store credit. Awful experience

Terrible exchange policyI spent $180 on a jacket for my daughter. I ordered it to NJ for California for her birthday, so I ordered a few weeks in advance. It was a lovely jacket, but huge and unwearable. I reached out to exchange it, but was told their return policy had changed and I couldn't exchange it. I tried appealing to them several times, but they would not exchange the jacket. I will NEVER order from this company again!

Purchased wrong size but couldn't exchangeI ordered 2 pairs for my kids. I was too small. I email 2 days after it arrived to exchange or return but they declined saying that "The request was for an order that was made before our return policy went into effect. We apologize for the inconvenience". Not buying this brand ever again.
